• We welcome you from the moment you step foot into the terminal, from the aircraft.
• We fast-track you through Border Control and Quarantine.
• We take care of your luggage from the carousel to your next connection.
• We escort you through to the public arrivals and then to your Emirates cars

Based on the number of passengers and baggage, there will be 3 staff required to assist.

IMPORTANT

Bookings must be made with a minimum of 48 hours before aircraft arrival.  This time is needed to ensure all the resources needed for your service will be available, including our requirement to notify Border Force for Fasttrack purposes. Bookings made with less than 48 hours notice may be reluctantly rejected. 48 hours notice is also crucial for cancellations. If you decide to cancel, or reschedule and do not provide at least 48 hours notice, we are still obligated to make payment to our staff and service partners, and therefore will be unable to offer a refund. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice and less than 7 days notice will be charged 50% of the total booking fee.
